That Happy Despicable Song

Finally! Pharrel made a videoclip to his 'happy' song. We both love the Steve Carell movie as we can't stop laughing whilst watching the minions. Proud to still appreciate those animated movies I also was a little bit hesitate to post the song in the 'Despicable' version knowing some people would maybe think it's lame and childlike. Thanks to stylish Pharell it didn't took me five minutes to spread the word.

In my opinion it is a real instant happiness song that you just can't get tired of. And Pharell knows as he is the first artist to make a 24! hour song about this happiness.

As the student life is getting closer again, it’s time to reinvent my living situations! So of course I went to Ikea. Once there I couldn’t help but finish the pathway of cheap deco-heaven without noticing the many big frames with those little images in them. Last summer I saw them everywhere: from secondhand shops to the most expensive interior web shops. This is easy peasy, I thought, I can do this too! And so I tried. And I have to say that it really was very effortless! Besides everything that self-made feels way more personal!

Totally hot this summer: carrying a clutch. These cute little purses aren’t simply fabulous for evening parties; nowadays we consider them perfectly suitable as handbags on a daily basis.

I love this one because of the pretty colours, the pearls and the sequins. Plus I like the mix of white with bright and neon colours.

Note: Not always easy for carrying but nevertheless truly elegant.

Gold is old, rosegold is bold

The past few months I always wore some of my vintage watches but I got a bit tired of them. In the beginning they were really original but nowadays you can find these vintage watches everywhere. Though I still like them, I wanted to try out something different. I thought those metallic ones were pretty cool and I’ve never had one like that so I went for it. I absolutely adore the watch-collection of Michael Kors. The choice wasn’t easy! I finally chose this model because I think the colour rosegold is so cute and super trendy. Because of the bigger size, the watch becomes even more a statement accessory.

Somebody got a present !

I got two presents of Chanel! If you're wondering what it is, scroll down a little further.

It is the classic flap bag in quilted lambskin(2.55) and some matching earrings. This is one of those bags that every woman who loves fashion has to own at some point of her life. It is so beautiful, elegant and timeless. I chose this kind of blue because it's still youthful and you can match it with a lot of other colours and it goes perfect with a jeans. The earrings are also quite iconic but the have a special touch, they are in fact made of leather. 

The Smokey Blue (158) nail polish by Mavala is great as a finishing touch.
