Enjoying the sun

Raaaaaaaaawrr. I present to you my blouse with tigers on. Oh no, when I take a better look at it, I see that they’re actually leopards. Mmm, I guess that they almost make the same noise but they have a different fur and it’s important to be correct these days thah ;). Why do I like this blouse by Sandro? Well I like it because it’s so different. It has leopards on it, a couple of dots and a zipper and for some reasons this combination works pretty well.

La Seine

When in Paris, you really should take a walk by La Seine. I could just be sitting there for hours in the morning sun! After we went to take a drink in a typical paris café. Just like you'd imagine.

Visiting the Eiffel Tower

For already a long time now I wanted one of those high-waist shorts but I was never able to find one that looked good on me. Until I saw this black short of River Island and I was immediately convinced. The short is a bit on the rough side so I decided to go for a more punk style and I combined it with a dark red T-shirt and my favourite leather perfecto. As finishing touch I wore my eagle-necklace from Zara.

When I walked past the Zara and I saw this diamond eagle-necklace, I instantly fell in love with it and I said to myself ‘ you HAVE to buy this’. It’s now one of my favourites necklaces.

From Paris with love

Hi everyone!

So a couple of weeks ago we went to Paris for a few days. And I need to say I really love Paris, always have and most likely always will. It’s such a fascinating place. Not only is it one of the biggest fashion cities, it is also the city of art, love, light and innovation. I always feel so lightsome when I’m walking there on those grand boulevards surrounded by such beautiful architecture. Of course until I’m tired of walking on my high heels while carrying a lot of shopping bags.

Obviously shopping was our main occupation. we tried to visit all kinds of shops from really expensive to normal prices. So we went to see the exclusive stores like Chanel, Dior and Manousch on the avenue Montaigne and we visited the pricey shops Sandro and Maje on the rue Saint Honoré to finally finish on the Champs-Élysées. On this avenue you have a lot of fashionable stores but with more reasonable prices like Zara, Naf Naf and H&M. we also discovered a very nice concept store called ‘Le 66’. They have wonderful clothes, unique accessories and fine pieces of jewellery. Furthermore they follow all of the latest trends. Sadly the pricetags contain a lot of numbers if you know what I mean. So if you ever go to Paris, you should definitely check out that concept store.

Although we adore shopping, we also wanted to do something different while we were staying in Paris. And what is more fun and entertaining than visiting Disneyland. It’s always such a magical experience; Trying out all of these beautiful and exciting attractions while being surrounded by those lovely Disney-characters. I got to admit when I see the dresses of the princesses; I always feel the urge to try them on. Unfortunately I no longer fit in the sizes for children. As usual the big show at the end of the day was magnificent. Whilst watching it I thought by myself ‘this is why I love Disney’. It doesn’t matter how old you are; it’s such an enchanting happening that takes your breath away and makes you dreamy.

The last day of our trip we spend in the centre of the city to spot the most charming places and take some photographs. we also took a couple of pictures of our own outfits. we're going to post them here so we hope you like them and feel free to comment.

Lots of love,

Charlotte
